NOTE THAT THIS RELEASE COVERS LARGE NUMBER OF CHANGES DURING THE OCTOBER CODING CALENDAR. THIS TABLE IS INCOMPLETE AND LIKELY TO CHANGE AS MORE RELEASE NOTES ARE ADDED.
